An accessible, non-walking chance to meet Faversham’s Bats.

Meet at Flood Lane at sunset for a chance to see and hear some of the bats of Faversham. A chance to use the Towns Bat Detectors to hear the ultrasonic calls of our local bats. And a chance to talk with other local people passionate about bat conservation and find out more about some of our most hidden neighbours.

This is a non-walking bat experience so please bring a camp chair or picnic blanket as you prefer, and weather appropriate clothing (this event will be cancelled in the case of rain or heavy wind). The ground can be uneven so please wear suitable shoes and consider bringing a torch for your journey home after dark.
